Our concern for building quality sporting equipment is backed by our warranty. Warranty per system will vary from product to product. We warrant our equipment from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty specifically excludes any labor incurred for replacement. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs or assembly, normal wear and tear, or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing sporting equipment appropriate for the intended use. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free product.
